Frequently Asked QUESTIONS
1. How much time does it takes to ship the order from the factory?
It depends upon the order size but it usually takes around 20-45 days to ship from the factory.
2. Can I request a sample of the product before placing an export order?
Yes, definitely! Samples are free up to 5 pieces, and shipping charge has to be borne by the buyer. Once the buyer finalises the order, the shipping charge is reimbursed in the final order.
3. Can I request specific packaging or labelling requirements for my export order?
Yes, we do entertain all kinds of packaging and labelling customisations for our clients.
4. What are the accepted payment methods for export orders?
We only accept SWIFT/WIRE transfers due to ease and safety of transfer.
5. Are there any specific payment terms or arrangements for export orders?
We request certain percentage of total invoice value as advance amount and the rest has to be paid against scan copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What is bagasse and why is it used in your products?
Bagasse, the fibrous residue from sugarcane, is used in our products due to its eco-friendly, renewable, biodegradable, and compostable nature.
